Description

East End’s Broadway Birthday Parties are designed for children who love the theatre and performing arts. Each party will feature fun theatre games to help introduce theatre terminology and concepts, arts & crafts, singing of popular musical theatre songs, and the teaching of a short piece of choreography, which kids can showcase for their friends & family at home!

Our birthday parties are ideal for children in grades k-5. Each party will feature 60 minutes of structured entertainment, followed by 30 minutes for food, cake, etc.

Pricing

East End offers several different packages to meet the needs and budgets of a variety of families. Please note: a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required to finalize your party registration.

All options includes plates, utensils, a photo station, tablecloths, and a red carpet. Families are welcome to bring their own balloons, if so desired.

Our parties are geared towards groups of 10; if you wish to have more than 10 participants, we will assess an additional $15 fee for each added child. Our maximum party size is 15 children.

  • Package 1: The Headliner

    • $350 for 10 children

    • Includes: entertainment, the venue, the decor listed above, pizza, juice, water, hoodsie cups, and a white sheet cake with vanilla icing.

  • Package 2: The Understudy

    • $250 for 10 children

    • Includes entertainment, the venue, the decor listed above, juice, water, and either pizza or hoodsie cups and a white sheet cake with vanilla icing.

  • Package 3: The Ensemble

    • $180 for 10 children

    • Includes entertainment, the venue, and the decor listed above

Face painting can be added onto any of our packages for an added $35 fee. This service includes one image from the selection below per child.


Policies

  • Due to the busy schedules of both the company and our staff, parties are currently only being offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00-1:30pm.

    • Parties must be scheduled at least a month in advance and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a party reservation.

    • Parties must be paid in-full within 14 days of the event.

  • You may bring in your own food and/or favors, if you would like. If you wish to provide your own food, please choose Package 1.

  • East End cannot guarantee that any food served at its parties was made in an allergen-free facility. If you have a child with a food allergy, we recommend that you choose Package 1 and provide your own food.

  • Group size: Due to the size of our space and the room needed to conduct our party entertainment, the number of adults per party will be limited. The birthday child may have up to 4 adult guests who remain for the duration of the party. Each other child may have 1 adult guest who stays with them for the party.

    • Food will be provided to child participants only. If you wish to feed the adults at your party as well, there will be an additional charge.

  • By booking a party with East End, you are acknowledging that there is a risk of injury that is associated with physical activity and agreeing to hold East End harmless for any injury that might befall a party participant.

  • Due to the limited time frame of our parties, we encourage families to plan on opening presents at home.
